Riva just went up on Chanel's website; for the audacious price of $27 it can be yours. Regular Chanel polishes go for $23. I have even gone as far as to pay $25 for Illusion d'or. But there seems to be no logical explanation for this price increase. Will you be picking it up? I may change my mind, but for now I will be passing.
