Since I am still rockin’ my nubbins, today we are going back in time to a warm summer day featuring Orly Halley’s Comet. Out of ALL the polishes that came out that-look-the-same-but-have-different-names, Halley’s Comet is my favorite, hands down. I like the formula better than OPI and Zoya (although I haven’t tried the Essence). I like the bottle the best, AND it’s the best value!
