China Glaze White Cap was the first polish from the Anchors Away collection I chose to wear. It is a super fun shade that can be used many ways. Here I am wearing it alone, just two coats! You could do a cute french tip or konad over it. I wanted to do a konad design over it, but ran out of time. The next time I wear it I will layer it over a greyed out lilac, like China Glaze No Name Yet. You could also layer in over a white to make it stand out!
