These polishes are VERY SIMILAR. While I like them both, the Barry M actually shatters a little more fine than the OPI. Both shatter (or crack) almost instantly when applied over dry polish. Both are quite easy to remove, unlike previous generations of crackle polish *cough* Cover Girl *cough.*
