Cult Nails Captivating |
Captivating surprised me. I didn't think I was going to like it, to be honest. Lately I have really been turned off glitter, but this was so beautiful on I am a convert. For best application, I suggest waiting at least two minutes in between coats. Here I am wearing three, with one layer of CND Air Dry as a top coat. It was only minimally "bumpy."

Don't you love all the different shapes of glitter? |
 |
Although the focus of this picture is blurry, it does allow you to see ALL of the colors in the glitter. |

Measure of a good jelly base? You can see the BALLS! |
 |
I call this one "glitter on wood." |
In my opinion, Captivating is the star of the Day at the Races collection!
