Cult Nails Captivating!

Cult Nails Captivating
Captivating surprised me.  I didn't think I was going to like it, to be honest.  Lately I have really been turned off glitter, but this was so beautiful on I am a convert.  For best application, I suggest waiting at least two minutes in between coats.  Here I am wearing three, with one layer of CND Air Dry as a top coat.  It was only minimally "bumpy."

Don't you love all the different shapes of glitter?

Although the focus of this picture is blurry, it does allow you to see ALL of the colors in the glitter.

Measure of a good jelly base?  You can see the BALLS!

I call this one "glitter on wood."

In my opinion, Captivating is the star of the Day at the Races collection!
