I had no idea what Revlon Just Tinted would be, but I did not think it would be an even lumpy matte mess that only looked good with a top coat! Once you add the top coat, it's just another "sorbet" or jelly, just not very squishy. I do love the silver crackle on top of it, I wore this as my Memorial Day mani. What do you ladies think of this combination?
