This summer Zoya released a fun mini collection called Mod Mattes. I was impressed by the formula on these, as matte shades are notoriously hard to apply! I think they would work best over a ridge-smoothing base coat, or even Nfu-Oh Aqua Base. For all of the pictures I am showing you today, I wore no base coat at all. I thought this would give you an opportunity to see them at their "worst."

My thoughts:
Lolly had the best formula,
Phoebe was the prettiest with a top coat,
and Mitzi is just plain cool!
