OCC (Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics) is known for their amazingly pigments products - you will not find anything more pigmented than their lip tars! The nail polish line is no exception. As these polishes were sent to me as a gift from a friend, I am not sure if I would have purchased Radiate on my own!
No, you monitors are not playing tricks on you, that is the right color. Think of a tomato plant that has been fed by a stream that is downriver from a nuclear power plant. That is the color of Radiate.

I think Marge would look fantastic with this color on, don't you?
This is shown with three coats, no top coat. It dries to a satin finish. As I mentioned before, I don't think I would buy this on my own. However, I love how the neon makes my skin look tan! (I am trying to stay out of the sun this year.) So I am going to make a home for it in my stash, it's gonna make a fantasic pedi!
