At-Home Gel Nails - What do you think?

I have been thinking about investing in CND Shellac to do gel mani's at home, but the one thing that held me back was the price of the UV lamp!  Now Gelish is available at Sally's, and they also have a small UV light on sale for $14.99.  Very Interesting!  What do you think?
