Essence Blue Ray is from the misnamed Holographic.com collection.  I think the definition of holographic got lost in translation!  Either way, it is a gorgeous duochrome that shifts from teal to navy to indigo.

Essence is a German drugstore brand that can be purchased in the United States at ULTA.  I purchased this for $1.99 last month, and it was worth every penny.
