Sparklehorse is one of four polishes recently released by Sephora under the Kat Von D label. (Check out my bottle shot post and my review of Wonderchild.)
I was prepared not to like this polish. I honestly only bought it because I was in the “I must buy the whole collection” mind-state that often plagues nail polish addicts. I was so surprised to find that I liked it! Plus, how can you not like the name SPARKLEHORSE? Come on!

This is a YELLOW polish, no question about that. Bright, in-your-face yellow, so shiny if you looked quickly you might think it was gold… but its REALLY YELLOW! It was fun and cheerful to wear. I love the glass-fleck formula, though people who do not like the VNL which occurs with jellies may want to wear a base coat.
So the question is… is it worth $12? For me, yes. For you? Maybe.
