Yesterday I was pretty bummed out and felt like I needed some retail therapy. Problem was, my "fun money" that I use to buy polish and such was already spent. I decided to do some internet window shopping instead when an email popped into my box letting me know my Ebates Big Fat Check had been deposited into my paypal account! Off to ULTA I went!
I picked up a few things I had been wanting to try out. I had been meaning to try the Essence Gel Eyeliner ever since I read a review by Jenn. I already tried it out on my waterline last night and it lasted well over 5 hours! Score! I also picked up the Layla Magneffect polishes I had told you about the other day (and yes I used my $3.50 off coupon)!

The Stila V-Day blush. Le sigh! I actually told you how much I wanted this here. This was actually the last thing I found in the store. I had searched high and low at for it at my local Sephora, but they told me it was online only! If you go to ULTA yourself to look at it, I found it at the checkout.

I am going to give you a mini-review of the NYX Color Lip Balms I bought, since I have not seen any on the interwebz as of yet.
I was only going to pick up one of the new NYX Color Lip Balms, but they were Buy One Get One 50% off, plus they were very inexpensive at $3.49. They were on and endcap with the Revlon Lip Butters (which I love), the L'Oreal Le Balm (which I do NOT love), and the Maybelline Baby Lips (which I HATE). I have only worn them for a short period of time, but I do not find them as moisturizing as the Revlon Lip Butters. They are also very sheer, like the L'Oreal Le Balm. They have a very "interesting" smell, they smell like the Dr. Brandt Anti-Oxidant Water Booster drops I used to buy at Sephora when I was on a crazy health kick. Doesn't smell bad, but doesn't smell good. Overall, I am not too impressed. I will stick to my Revlon Lip Butters!
