How gorgeous is this polish? And I love love love
the name! Wearing this polish from the Spring 2012 butter LONDON collection definitely put me in a good mood!

Before I swatched
Disco Biscuit I thought it was a jelly with blue flecks. Wrong on both counts! The blue is actually blue glitter, which I like, but made the polish a little bumpy. And instead of a jelly like it appears, the base has a neon pigment in it. (You can tell by how the polish dries). Either way, the polish is very pretty, but definitely not what I thought it was when I saw other swatches!
