I don't know what it is about Summer that makes me scream NEON, but I am so excited for this collection! I will blame the overly temperate weather we have been having here in the United States.  I am sure this Summer when it is a 110 degrees I will be wishing for Winter, but right now I can't wait to get my greedy little hands on this collection from China Glaze!  My favorite neon EVER is Flip Flop Fantasy, so I already know that China Glaze does neon right!
