I love Taupe. Taupe polish, Taupe eye shadow, hell I even have a Taupe bra from Soma! And there are so many taupes… Cool taupes, warm taupes, brown taupes, grey taupes, purple taupes… I prefer the cooler shades myself.
I also love eye shadow. Almost as much as I like polish! I have a LOT of eye shadows and eye shadow palettes. There aren’t many drugstore brands that make great eye shadows IMO… but one that does is Wet n Wild (or WnW for short). The WnW craze started about two Christmas' ago when they came out with some awesome holiday palettes, and I have been hooked ever since.
So you can see where this is going… I, like many other beauty bloggers, am obsessed with TAUPE EYE SHADOW! Obsessed! (Although not as obsessed as Pink Sith!) And how cool is it that my favorite taupe eye shadow costs less than $3 - the taupe in the WnW Silent Treatment trio!
It can be worn in a variety of ways, an easy daytime look or a sexy daytime look.
I use the two lightest shades from the Wet 'N Wild Silent Treatment trio the shimmery pink all over and the taupe in the crease and outer v, and then over my eyeliner (which was Korres Eyeliner Pencil in Metallic Grey). Can't go wrong with WnW!
