Butter London Artful Dodger was released as part of their 2009 Spring/Summer Fashionista’s Favourites collection. It is described as a “true teal,” but I see a lot more blue in it than teal. It is a dusty shade, and that is what it makes it unique in a sea of teals and turquoises. 
What wasn’t great about this polish was the formula. Typically I have had very good luck with the Butter London forumula but not this time! Mine was very thin and streaky, and required three coats of polish AND a layer of Seche Vite to smooth it out. The shade is gorgeous though, so it has a safe home in my Alex.
UPDATE: Several readers have shared with me that they own this polish and have had no problems! I am thinking I may have gotten a bad batch.
