Hello everyone! Did you have a good Labor Day? I worked, but I have Thursday-Sunday off this week. It's the longest time off I have had since I started my job last March and I am excited! Hopefully lots of blogging will get done!
I have been growing my hair out. It was a secret, even to me! In the summer I let my hair air-dry and wear it curly. The other day I straitened it for the first time in months and discovered two things:
When I applied the Dove Nourishing Oil Care Conditioner I the first thing I noticed was the smell. It was bright, clean, and refreshing. I am very picky when it comes to scents, but this is one I will look forward to smelling!
When I rinsed my hair out, I could immediately feel a difference in my hair. While Dimethicone (a silicone) is a little bit further up on the ingredients list than I would like, I was excited to see Coconut Oil listed almost immediately after it. Coconut oil is a wonderful hydrating oil for your hair. I have even gone as far as to buy Coconut Oil in it's natural state to use in my hair, but all I ended up doing was making a mess. I am glad to see it is an ingredient!
Since I do not have dry hair, this is not a conditioner I would use everyday, but rather once a week. If you do suffer from dry hair, you could easily use this daily. Although I may not even be able to do that because my husband stole this conditioner from me over the weekend! Yesterday he kept saying, "feel how soft my hair is!" I have a feeling I won't be seeing this conditioner any time soon!

- I liked it! But the ends were frizzy and damaged.
