I am totally blow away by butter LONDON Dodgy Barnett... I thought it was just going to be a pretty scattered holo, but its a gorgeous LINEAR holo! This was three coats which applied easily and dried quickly. Now I want to try it over Nfu-Oh Aqua Base to see if I bring out even more holo!
I bought this at ULTA during the BOGO Sale, I am so glad I did!
