After wearing Chanel Nuit de Russie, I got on a little Chanel kick. I am feeling the vampy shades right now, even though it’s still 84 degrees outside! Sometimes I think I don’t wear my “fancy” polishes enough, so I am kinda forcing myself to do it this week.
Honestly, it’s not that hard.
Remember Chanel Vamp from the 90’s? 1994 to be exact. That’s Rouge Noir. It’s a long, complicated explanation, but this is Chanel Vamp. The new Chanel Vamp is the same number but a completely different color!
I received Noir Ceramic from a lovely swap pal of mine. From what I understand it was a LE polish from 2006, back when Limited Edition polishes were actually Limited Edition.
Paradoxal. So beautiful in the bottle. The real paradox is where does all that lovely shimmer go? No matter, this polish is so popular they made it permanent!
