Zoya FeiFei - New Top 20 Polish?

I recently picked up Zoya FeiFei at ULTA during a Buy 2 Get 1 Free sale.  It is a gorgeous shade that is practically indescribable! 
It is even Top 20 worthy… but I can’t get it to dry on me!  I used Zoya Anchor and Zoya Armor, but even two hours later it was dentable… now I remember why I haven’t bought any Zoya’s in awhile!  Does anyone have a secret to share with me on how to get Zoya’s to dry?
