Have you heard of LAQA & Co.? Until recently, I hadn’t either! This is a brand that started with nail polish pens, and they have recently expanded into regular nail lacquers as well. Well, regular as in they come with a bottle and a brush! The bottle itself is a long rectangle, not unlike Julep polishes.
Ankle Biter is one of their holiday metallic shades. I love the warmth of it! I see bronze and taupe and brown and purple! Bells & Whistles is a gorgeous plum crème which leans much more purple than red. I think it’s very flattering against my pale skin without being too vampy.
The formula is great, I had no problems at all, but what I really like are the boxes! Each box is designed by a different young, up-and-coming designer. Check them out here. I kinda want to collect them all! I also have my eye on those nail polish pens. I haven’t had a chance to try them in person yet but I bet they would make excellent stocking stuffers!
