There are so many Nicole by OPI Collections these days, I find myself just in awe of how they keep putting them out! The Selena Gomez Collection contains 7 “base” colors and seven glitters.
Love Song is a pretty dusty lilac crème with hidden shimmer. The formula was slightly thick.
Heavenly Angel is a chunky flakie polish, more like shards of glass than true flakes. This polish was hard to apply! Not a big fan.
Naturally is a bubblegum pink crème with hidden shimmer. Like Love Song, the formula was slightly thick.
Confetti Fun is a “Happy Birthday” type glitter with an added bonus of small micro glitter in the base. this one stands out from all the other rainbow glitter polishes enough to warrant picking it up!
Selena is a peach crème. I honestly thought I wouldn’t like it, but I think it looks really pretty on me! On my skin tone is pulls pink, but in the bottle it really is peach. No trouble with the formula on this one.
Kissed at Midnight consists of gold and silver hex glitter with small gold micro glitter in a clear base. I loved the gold and silver combo.
Hit the Lights is a taxi yellow crème with hidden shimmer. Most yellows have horrible formula, but this one did not!
Sweet Dreams consists of silver and teal hex glitter with small purple micro glitter in a clear base. I also loved this one!
Spring Break is a perfect fuchsia crème with no hidden shimmer. Flawless formula. Nicole by OPI always does well with pink and red crèmes.
Mi Fantasia consists of two types of glitter - green and gold bar glitter and purple and blue micro glitter.
Pretty in Plum was a medium purple shimmer that leans red.
Inner Sparkle is very similar to Kissed at Midnight, except the hex glitter is pink and purple and the micro glitter is gold.
Scarlet is a pink-red shimmer.
Stars at Night is a holographic bar glitter.
I am not a fan of Selena Gomez, but I did like this collection overall, especially the glitters!. My picks would be Kissed at Midnight, Confetti Fun, Sweet Dreams, Inner Sparkle, Selena and Hit the Lights!
Selena Gomez lacquers are available now for $7.99 each at retailers including select Target, Walmart, CVS, K-mart, Rite Aid, ULTA, Sears, Meijer, Fred Meyer, Kroger and H-E-B locations. In Canada, this line will be available for $10.99 each at Shoppers Drug Mart, Walmart Canada, Jean Coutu, Loblaw, and London Drug.
Have you seen these glitters yet? I haven’t, so I am interested to know where people are finding them! Which ones will you pick up?
