I have heard so many good things about It Cosmetics brushes from my beauty blogging buddies, so I was ecstatic to realize I received two in this set -the dual ended Heavenly Luxe™ Dual Airbrush Foundation/Concealer Brush (cruelty-free) and the Heavenly Luxe™ Pointed Precision Complexion Brush. More about those two coming up!
First let’s talk about the Bye Bye Under Eye in “supersize” - just look how big it is compared to my “other” concealer! I had never had a chance to try this cult-favorite full coverage collagen treatment concealer (which can also be worn as your allover foundation) before, and I love it! It was designed to be highly pigmented and to never crease or crack - which is exactly what I need. I have very dry skin under my eyes and I tested it out for 12 hours yesterday AND IT NEVER CREASED!!!
It was developed with plastic surgeons and infused with hydrolyzed collagen plus Vitamin K! I used the Heavenly Luxe™ Dual Airbrush Foundation/Concealer Brush (cruelty-free) to apply it and it blended like a dream! This concealer is so pigmented that I was afraid I would not be able to blend it in (I applied way too much!) but I was easily able to buff it out with the brush.
I used a pinhead sized drop for my whole face - under my eyes, above my eyes in the crease, around my nose, on my upper lip (where I suffer from skin damage) and on my blemishes! In fact, this buffs out so well with the large side of the brush you could wear it as a foundation - which plan on doing this winter! It didn’t stick to my dry skin either, which in my opinion is a miracle. I can’t figure out which of the two I like better - the brush or the concealer!
Next up is the Hello Light Anti-Aging Crème Luminizer, which completely erases shadows and darkness and gives light to your skin and lift to your face! “This anti-aging powerhouse infuses peptides, hyaluronic acid, hydrolyzed collagen, silk and Vitamins A, C, & E to harmoniously and effectively hydrate, condition, and nourish your skin while providing a dazzling kiss of glowing light.” What does that mean? It means I finally own a highlighter that doesn’t make me look like a disco ball when I apply it!
Using the Heavenly Luxe Pointed Precision Complexion Brush picks up just the right amount of product and I was able to precisely apply the product to the areas of my face you wish to appear lifted - my cheekbones, the middle of my forehead, down my nose, on my upper lip and on my brow bone. The brush is shaped almost exactly like my Sephora Professional Tapered Foundation brush, but the It Cosmetics brush is so much softer! Plus I noticed that the product did not “cling” to the bristles like it does on my Sephora brush.
I swatched the Hello Light Anti-Aging Crème Luminizer very heavily on my arm so that you can see how beautiful it is when it catches the light, then I blended it in for the last picture (click to enlarge). See how easy it blended, leaving an all over glow? You literally cannot apply too much of this product! It doesn’t emphasize pores either, so if you wanted too you could apply it lightly over your entire face!
The YBBB™ Your Brows But Better is already an award-winning, cult obsessed product, but now they have released it in a skinny version! This TSV includes YBBB™ Your Brows But Better™ Brow Power Skinny Pencil. It is so slim that when you apply it to your brows, it looks like real hair! I usually have a hard time matching brow powders, but this one allows you to control the color by how hard you press! (I pressed very heavily in the swatch below.) The spoolie on the other end is genius - it’s skinny but long and I love it!

As soon as I apply it, it morphs from a cool baby pink to a bright raspberry. The stain is leaves behind is smooth and even.
