Today I have a fabulous Summery yellow for you from butter LONDON called Cheeky Chops! Originally released in 2009 as part of the Fashionista’s Favourites collection, it is now available as part of the Pop Art Collection (although you can still buy it separately).
As soon as my husband saw this shade, he said “look, a butter colored butter!” Men! It is in reality much brighter and more yellow than butter. I was impressed with the formula, as most yellows are notoriously hard to work with. The first coat was streaky, but easily evened out on the second coat, as long as you apply it over a ridge-filling base coat (I used Nail Foundation) only two coats are required.
I also did a quick comparison for you of Cheeky Chops versus another recent butter LONDON yellow, Jasper. As you can see Cheeky Chops is more of a true yellow, where Jasper is more of a daffodil yellow.
