Nicole by OPI has officially won the award for the “most creative” (read: weird!) collection name – Nicole by OPI Roughles (pronounced Ruffles).
This collection will consist of 4 new textured nail lacquers featuring speckled, pastel shades of purple, pink, turquoise and yellow. When the lacquer dries, Roughles lacquers reveal a unique pebbled finish and is meant to be worn sans top coat. Which of course means I will stick some top coat on there to see what they look like!
