Although this is collection of glitter toppers, or Overcoats, as butter LONDON calls them, I wanted to try this baby on its own! Titchy is made up of a rainbow of glitter with larger blue hex glitter thrown in. I used three easy coats to build it up, and I had no trouble getting the glitter on the nail. I really like it on it’s own - it’s like a party on my hands!
Titchy is available now on butterlondon.com. and beauty.com. I have also seen the Cut Up Collection Set on sale at the checkout at ULTA, though it does not appear to be available (yet?) on the ULTA website.
