Surprisingly, out of the three Oh So Orange had the best formula – it was smooth and even in just one coat! I don’t recall running into any other neon one-coater. This is a must have for any neon lover!
Sizzling Sunshine and Lime Luster were both two-coaters. The formula was a little thicker, which caused the polish to apply unevenly on the first coat. After a drop of thinner in each they were both easier to work with! The gorgeous finish on each was worth the little bit of extra effort, especially on Lime Luster (see a better picture of the shimmer here)!
