When Helen from Lola's Secret Beauty Blog was seeking inspiration for The Beauty Spotlight Team's latest Favorites Series she thought long and hard about it, but it wasn't until she was holding her office hours on campus that it hit her! As she sat and met with a countless number of her students she observed their beautiful and vibrant complexions, their barely-there makeup, and their general luminosity. Perhaps this is in part a function of attending a university in Southern California since fashions tend to be quite relaxed and casual (read: beach attire), and the weather tends to be warm. However, as she pondered their lovely faces, it occurred to her that her contribution to this new BST series should be inspired by, and in honor of, her students.
