Throwback Thursday: OPI Plum Full of Cheer (2010)

This week’s Throwback Thursday polish is OPI Plum Full of Cheer, an ULTA exclusive from their 2010 Holi-daze Collection.  It’s a magical color shifting polish.  Indoors it appears to be a normal vampy shade, burgundy with a hint of copper shimmer – but when you step out side and the sunlight hits your fingers, you are blinded by purple goodness!
