Hello everyone! Sorry that this review is going up late, I have been putting in a lot of hours to get our store open! I actually look forward to going to work each day though, so I don’t mind at all! Now onto nail polish!
Barielle Me Couture is everything I love about fall nail polish – cozy cremes! I knew as soon as I saw this collection that I would love it – the colors are so me! To avoid reporting myself, these cremes all lived up to the high standards I have come to expect from Barielle’s crème formula and I used two coats for each swatch.
Taupe Notch is described as a creamy, dark taupe. It’s one of my two favorites from this collection, and I wore it to my very first day of work!
Moda Bleu is described as a creamy midnight blue/purple and is my favorite from this collection. It’s just so shiny and deep, it’s as if you could dive right into the color!
Boho Chic is described as a creamy deep sea crème. To me, it’s a forest green with a whole lot of blue in it. I got lots of compliments when I wore this shade to work!
Vintage Gown is described as a creamy rust with a hint of pink. It’s definitely got that “pretty ugly” thing going on that a lot of people love!
Soho At Night is described as a creamy grape purple. This is my favorite type of purple, with no hint of blue in it. The shine on it was ridiculous!
There is one more polish in this collection that I somehow managed not to swatch called Berry Perfect. Overall I love this collection and I see it as shades that I would want to wear from now into Spring! You can pick up the Barielle Me Couture collection online at www.barielle.com/. Be sure to sign up for their newsletter to be informed of their sales, as Barielle runs great promotions!
